The work of writing the Constitution got completed in about three years. But the new generation may not be aware of this aspect of the Constitution of India that its framers have given it the pleasant look by incorporating in it, illustrations related to the culture, civilizations, sacrament, and traditions of India. This work of decoration of the Constitution was completed under the supervision of eminent painter, Nandlal Bose. Social and cultural worker, writer Lakshminarayan Bhala ‘Lakkhi Da’ is a tireless and nomadic traveller. He is a commerce graduate from Nagpur University and also holds a Visharad degree in Hindi. He is an art lover in his own right and is well versed in Marwari, Marathi, Hindi, English, Bengali, Nepali, Assamese and Sanskrit languages and also in Odia and Gujarati scripts. His works includes three poetry collections and 15 prose books. In contemporary times, responding to the society and its concerns a hundred articles and poems in prominent journals have been published so far and this process is continuing till now.
